Naspo, Fredrick

The freshness and spontaneity of watercolors have always intrigues Fred Naspo.  He began painting in 1982.  Besides watercolor he enjoys sketching in pen and ink and later began working with pastels.

Much of his knowledge and experience is the result of self-exploration and taking part in workshops with artists such as Edwin Havas, AWS, Frank Zucharelli, PSA and Dominic DeStefano.  His travels in the United States and abroad have provided much of the material for his paintings.

Fred is a former resident of West Caldwell, NJ and relocated to Wilmington, DE in 1997.  He is a member of the Delaware Foundation for the Visual Arts and a past member of The Essex Watercolor Club, Morris County Art Association and the West Essex Art Association.

His paintings have been exhibited in several locations in the northeastern U. S.
